Walima Dresses for Brides in France
A walima dress from Shadi Dress reaches you anywhere in France, stitched after you order in our own workshops in Pakistan, in a standard size or to your own measurements. For a walima look, start with the silhouette: lehengas and farshi lehengas, closed or open gowns, and peshwas over a lehenga. Walima palettes can move from ivory and soft pastels to gold, silver and deep red. Normal Delivery costs nothing, prices appear in euros on every dress. Order Now

Which walima silhouette suits you
Choosing a wedding dress for walima starts with the silhouette. A lehenga is the fullest look: a choli or long shirt over a flared skirt, usually lifted by a cancan layer, or a farshi lehenga whose extra length trails behind you. Browse more in our bridal lehenga selection.
A gown gives one clean line from shoulder to hem. Wear it closed, or choose an open gown over a lehenga for a layered front, with or without a trail; the bridal gown range has more. A peshwas pairs a flowing, full-length frock with a lehenga beneath it (see our pishwas dresses for brides), and a farshi gharara stays fitted to the knee before opening into a floor-length flare.
Colours, fabrics and handwork
Walima colour palettes span ivory, off-white and cream, soft pinks and peach, ice blue, gold, silver and grey, lilac and soft greens, and the traditional reds and maroons. Embroidery in silver, rose gold or gold is built from dabka, zari, nakshi, salma sitara, sequins, kora and pearls, on shirts in fabrics such as organza, tissue silk or net, skirts in tissue silk, American katan silk or jamawar, and organza or chiffon dupattas. Ask before you order if you want a different colour, sleeve, neckline or length on your walima bridal dress; work that adds fabric, embroidery or labour is priced and agreed with you first.

Walima dress questions
Can the groom’s outfit be ordered with mine?
Yes, and planning both together helps. Our sherwanis for the groom are cut in our own workshops once you order, in S, M, L or XL or to his measurements, and they use the same delivery options as bridal wear, so both walima outfits can be timed for one date.
How do I send my measurements?
Choose Custom Size at checkout and our team contacts you after you order for the full set; your dress is then stitched exactly to those measurements. For a standard size from XS to XL, pick the larger size if you fall between two. Our workshop works in inches and shows centimetres for reference.
Can I order outfits for the other wedding functions too?
Yes. Our nikkah outfits and the full Pakistani bridal range come from the same workshops, so one conversation can cover several functions. While each dress is being made, you can ask for progress photos and close-up videos, and you can write to us on WhatsApp in English.
